The solid stone building was Built in 1815 for the Taber brothers who built blocks and pumps for the whaling boats. As you'll see in the photos is an architect’s dream!

The condo can be accessed by stairs or the private elevator.

The 1st floor includes an open concept space with a large kitchen, dining room, living room, full bath and bedroom with a queen bed. Off, behind the staircase is a loft with a twin bed.  The 2nd floor includes a 2nd queen bedroom with a desk, full bath, and sitting room that opens up to the private outdoor deck.  The 1st floor living room and 2 bedrooms have smart samsung televisions.

With great views, air conditioning, antique recycled heated flooring, and a gas fireplace, this is great escape for any season.  .
